By capturing and reusing waste heat, companies can reduce CO2 emissions significantly, contributing to a greener planet while also improving their bottom line.
Everyone has probably stood in the supermarket and looked down the refrigerator. Here you have found a packet of French fries. These fries are pre-cooked in oil at about 180 degrees Celsius.
The freshly cut potato gets into the oil briefly, but the large content of water in the potato is released and turns into steam. This steam is low energy steam then the temperature is about 90-120 degrees Celsius and therefore not particularly suitable for another, a possible subsidy for the district heating network.
Therefore, there is a need solutions that can get this “waste steam” up to
temperature so that it can be “reused” in the process.
THINK ABOUT THE LAST TIME YOU SAW ONE STEAMING CHIMNEY
This is only a small example out of many in the process industry, let us know if you know other examples.
The ReThyHeat solution also requires energy, but our goal is to halve the energy costs in this type of production process and thus also halve the environmental impact of production, at least on the energy side. With the price of CO2 in the future, it is not only a solution that makes sense now, but in very much a solution that helps to secure your future Corporation.
So far, very few have walked on water in world history, and we are not among these, so no we do not solve everything and we are not a miracle cure for everything.
But by cooperation industry and ReThyHeat in between we can achieve a lot.
